Same damn problem many of us had last year!

I reconciled one of my bank accounts. The balance was 1,100.69. When I opened Quicken the next day the balance showed $4,843.45 The false entry changed the register balance for decades back. I'm having enough trouble keeping all of my accounts up to date without having Quicken errors. Could I get a copy of the original Intuit program?
