Bond prices do not download consistently from Charles Schwab?

I've been on the phone with support and they claim I am the only Quicken user having trouble with bond prices not downloading consistently from Charles Schwab. I am on Version R40:21. They had me validate my files and deactivate and reactivate the Schwab account but it has not corrected the problem.
