Cannot update my checking and savings account at Fifth Third Bank although my credit card through Fifth Third Bank does download. This has been a constant issue every time there is an update.
Same exact problem (and occurrences. . . it's always terrifying when Quicken does an update - wondering if 5/3 will quit updating again - then spending hours trying to figure out why.) It happens if I use One Step Update or try to update each account individually. It's not a matter of missing transactions, because it won't update at all. I DOES give an error every time, but no error code. It gives the option to 'Update' . . . and that does nothing when you do it. Online Services says: Automatic Entry is: On Does this imply I should click "Change connection method" and select "Express Web Connect"? - What's the difference when doing this?
