Problems with PNC Bank and Janney Montgomery Scott

Quicken Premier, Version 6.7.1 (Build 607.44146.100)

I have had problems with some transactions between Quicken and PNC since April 2022. I have spend hours on the phone with both institutions. The Quicken rep on a joint call with PNC and myself on a recorded line refused to upgrade the call to a supervisor.

I upgraded the last Quicken, to 6.7.1 as suggested and now I have multiple PNC problems and Janney Montgomery Scott balance problems were created. I then spent more time with Janney to no avail.

I have been a Quicken customer for 20+ years and I am fed up with Quicken. If I Quicken doesn't quickly straighten out the mess that they created, I am gone.
