Unacceptable check pay bug

I have, for the last three months, had to switch users and reopen my quicken every time I want to use check pay. I can see numerous complaints in the community about this same problem, along with the laughable response that we sign in for Tier 2 support.

I used Quicken to pay checks for 10 years with not one problem until they switched over to this new fancy system, which has not worked well in months.

If Quicken is on this forum, please commit to fixing this problem.
