Transfers in Cash Flow Report Needs Improvement

The functionality to include/exclude certain Transfers in the Cash Flow Report is not sophisticated enough. This functionality should work like the Budgeting functionality whereby the user is permitted to select specific accounts, etc.

    There are 3 settings that control which transfers are included in most reports:

    -- accounts included in the report

    -- Transfers setting on the Advanced tab of the report customization If you set this to Exclude internal, only transfers to and from accounts that are not included in the report are available for the report

    -- Accounts in [square brackets] on the Categories tab. 

    Sometimes it takes some experimenting to come up with the right combination of settings.
