CC-502 error message when updating transactions in Quicken continuous after VyStar system transition. No date for resolution is given by customer service. I just wanted to document here for follow-up purposes.

Unfortunately, Quicken support has labeled this as resolved which is surprising since Vystar has turned off all Quicken connectivity while doing their mobile banking upgrade, as posted on other discussions in this community. It seems that Quicken support is not in sync with the Quicken outage due to Vystar's upgrade.I was told by Vystar support that Quicken connectivity may not be available for 6 months.It would be nice if Quicken support would sync up with Vystar support to get a better estimate of the outage.
