Citibank issues with Quicken (Solved by enabling the desktop app)

Steps to take:
>> Log in to Citibank (https://citi.com/datamanagement)
>> Got to Profile
>> Manage your desktop Apps
>> Add Access
>> Enter Quicken, save

Go back to Quicken
>> Set up your citibank account. (citibank will allow you now)
voila

After spending 2 hours with Quicken support and them escalating the issue, the issue still remained. I solved my issue by myself on 6/8/2022 and advised Quicken Tech support.
