Quicken can't install update - \MigrationTool.exe\ because it is being used by another process.

For the past few days, quicken tried to do a program update, but failed.
The error message is-
The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w412\base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process.

This problem is above my pay grade, so I'm passing it along to the company via this post.
In decades of use, I've never seen this before. The error isn't affecting regular use and daily updates, so it isn't critical yet for me.

    This error is caused by your AntiVirus program blocking part of the Quicken update process.  If you perform a search on this forum for "MigrationTool.exe" you will find many similar posts with the following solution: Temporarily disable your AV and attempt to update again, using the Mondo patch from here.
    - QWin Deluxe user since 2010, US subscription on Win11
