How do I set up a budget for a fiscal year running 7-01-22 to 6-30-23?

I need to set up a budget for fiscal year 7-01-22 thru 6-30-23. I do not see an option for changing dates on a budget.

    You need to do it when you create the budget.  Expand the Advanced Budget Settings.

    P.S. If you had first changed your main calendar option, "current" would be the fiscal calendar you set.
