Issue that bill and reminders are mapped automatically to incorrect transactions

I have a weekly bill reminder to transfer $30 to my savings account every Friday. On Tuesday, I go to the ATM and withdraw $30 in cash. Quicken decides that these are the same thing and AUTO removes my transfer reminder for Friday. The reminder is shown as skipped status in the Bill and Income Reminders List. I do NOT get the pop up question asking me if they are the same transaction. NONE of my bill reminders are automatic. ALL of my bill reminders are set to remind me in advance.

So, if I understand you correctly ...On Friday you have recorded a Payee = "Transfer to Savings", Category = [My Savings], $30.00
On Tuesday you have recorded a Payee = "Cash withdrawal", Category = [My Cash Account], $30.00When do you download transactions? On Friday after recording the transfer to savings? Again on Tuesday after recording the cash transaction? If you download without first recording the transfer transactions, Quicken may get confused trying to auto-match the new transactions to unexecuted pending reminders. For best results I recommend you record these transactions before downloading. If you auto-accept downloaded transactions, turn this setting off for the checking account and review downloaded transactions, making corrections as needed ... at least for a while, until Quicken gets the hang of it.0
