Trying downloading JC Penney account to Quicken.

cannot get the right url to show so the account will not load. What is remedy?

If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken. @bill papke the financial Institution that you should be using to set up your JC Penney Credit Card is "JC Penney Credit Card". The url is different but that doesn't matter. Both end up going to the same Synchrony sign in page.0

Of course you would perform the Quicken --> Add Account --> JC PENNEY -->21054 21054 21054 JC Penney Credit Card
