Missing Transactions and Incorrect Online Balance (Credit Card) From M&T Bank

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am using M&T Direct Connect for a credit card account and not all the transactions are being passed over to Quicken. In addition, while their website is showing the correct current balance, the online balance (for reconciling) is always incorrect which makes automatic reconcilement impossible.
