This may not work for Citi Checking, Savings accounts

Same  problem here. Been getting the same error message. Last known viable update on Citi card transactions was over 2 months ago (4/7/2022). Not good!

We do currently have an Ongoing Active Alert regarding receiving a CC-502 error message with your CitiBank Citi Cards. You may follow this link to access that Alert where you may bookmark the alert in order to remain up to date on any new information, resolutions, or ETAs that may occur.
