Can't set cloud alerts

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
In the Mobile & Web menu, when I click on Cloud Alert settings, there is no drop-down list of alerts to check--nothing happens.

What kind of a view do you get instead? The Get Started view, walking you through a 3-step process?
You need to enable your Quicken data file for Syncing before you can set Email Alerts.
If you get something else, please show us a screen image snapshot.
