How do I email the register to my bookkeeper?

    That depends on how your bookkeeper is going to look at your data. What data format do they want? Text, CSV, PDF, QDF?
    With the register open, press CTRL-P. Select the date range you want to include and whether you want to show splits. Click Print... In the Print dialog, choose a PDF "printer" to output that format, or choose "Export to" and a file format to send to your bookkeeper. Note that the .PRN option actually outputs CSV and the file should be saved with that extension.
    Also remember that email is not secure.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
