Updated account activity

Quicken Windows Subscription Unconfirmed, Member
I updated my bank account in Quicken and now I have 2 accounts instead of one. The original one is still there but the updated info didn't merge with the original, it created a second account in Quicken. How do I merge these into one?

@jess2g- how many transactions do you have in the account that you want to "remove"? Are any of them transfer transactions? Are any reconciled?1
