Credit score window not presenting

Quicken successfully returns my credit score which is nice. However, when I click the credit score link, the window doesn't present. All I get is the title bar of the new window. Maximizing the title bar creates an all grey window. This has been going on for years.

Build = 27.1.41.10
WIndows 7
I thought it might be a popup window setting related to a browser but haven't fully tested this idea yet.
