I just bought a retail package of Quicken Deluxe from Best Buy but it says that it is the 2020 version. Will Quicken honor the license key in it? I have heard that the key in the package expires 2 years after it is generated. How can I tell without opening the package as to whether it is still valid?

The activation code should still be valid. However, if you receive an error while trying to enter it, our support team will be able to provide you a replacement with proof of purchase.
