Can't download Citibank CC to Quicken

I changed my Citibank password about a week ago. Since then I have been unable to download to Quicken. When I go to the password vault to change my password I get "Not Required". If I "Update Now" I get an Error 502 Code.

    I am sorry to hear about this issue with the 502 error code and online banking services. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance.

    When you go into One Step Update Settings, isn't there a golden key icon next to the bank name? IIRC, this key is clickable and allows you to enter your updated logon information.

    I tried that. It didn't work. I still get the 502 error. I logged on to Citibank and was able to download with my new password.
