trouble with direct connect fifth third prefered card not showing up in bank list to set up direct

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
cannot get quicken to find direct connect to 5/3 credit card so i can do set up direct to download transactions. All other accounts show up including another credit card and all other accounts.
