How does the "Check #" dropdown get populated?

@glenclancy - in any spending or savings account register, click on dropdown box down arrow, and then click on "Edit List". You can add anything you want up to a certain number of characters. You can also delete items if you wish. There are certain system items that cannot be edited or deleted.0
