Closed account continues to try to download

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
A Visa account which I have closed continues to try to download, creating error messages. I cannot figure out how to stop these download attempts. I do not want to delete the account.

I had already done this, and it was listed as "closed," but continued to try to download. On a lark, I re-opened it, then closed it again, and this seemed to fix it. Thank you for your reply!0
