why are you charging me again

I paid $38 plus change to renew in May....why the hell are you charging me renewal again....I expect an immediate refund.

    You need to be talking with Quicken Support about this.  Community is a forum of users like you and me and we cannot help you on this matter.

    @rmadara - the e-mail you received may have not been from Quicken.  There have been other users lately that have gotten phishing or fake e-mail demanding renewal and threatening to block your data.
