Problem with Quicken update on MacBook M1X with Parallels

Hello, I'm having a problem where quicken updates don't work on my new installation on a MacBook Pro with an M1X processor using parallels and windows 11.

I receive the error: "Unable to check for updates. The server file failed to load". When I look at the details it says: "Could not parse the URL: "%updatepath%/wyserver.wys" - it's either malformed or is an unknown protocol"

Can anyone help?

I tried creating a new local admin account and running the quickenpatch from that account but it still did not work, I received the same error

Are you sure you created a new username WITHOUT a space?

Yes, the one I created was "quickenupdate" no spaces whatsoever. The account has local admin rights as does the account I normally log in with it.

I would suggest just trying to reinstall Quicken.
