Quicken Cloud Sync Error

I tried the reset. It did not work, I keep getting "theTransaction in a certain account did not sync illigal operation".

    I am sorry to hear about issues with sync error messages. Thank you for reaching out about this here on the Quicken Community.

    When did this issue begin, and are you noticing any problems when attempting One Step Updates on the desktop app? Also, I want to make sure that you have followed the steps listed in this Support Article, in order.
