I tried the reset. It did not work, I keep getting "theTransaction in a certain account did not sync illigal operation".

When did this issue begin, and are you noticing any problems when attempting One Step Updates on the desktop app? Also, I want to make sure that you have followed the steps listed in this Support Article, in order.
