No transactions downloaded from PNC Credit card account

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am using Quicken Deluxe for Windows to download transactions from my PNC credit card account via Direct Connect. Unfortunately, no transactions are downloading. There are no error messages.
Any help would be appreciated.
