Ally Bank not connecting

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
When I use one-step update, the attempt to connect to Ally Bank crashes my Quicken. I have tried just update Ally Bank alone, but same problem. Any solution to this?

@mark il22 have you tried any troubleshooting steps outlined in these Quicken Support articles?

If these troubleshooting suggestions do not resolve the issue, next time the crash occurs, if "report a crash" pops up, please submit a crash report. If the cash causes Quicken to shut down without asking for a "crash report", then immediately go to back into Quicken and go to Help->Report a problem to send and error report to Quicken Customer Support. After sending either of these error/crash reports, please follow up with a phone call to Quicken Customer Support.
