Quicken Deluxe subscription R41.19 for Windows 10 crashes as if this is its main feature

I have posted this issue scores of times. Last posted on June 15, responded by a moderator Jared [Removed - Disruptive] and then closed it.. I have done everything been told to do. It crashed ten to twenty times a day. [Removed - Speculation/Off Topic]
