Quicken doesn't talk to any of my [Chase] accounts

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
In order to download anything from Chase, I have to do it manually and I can only do my checking account. Quicken no longer talks to any of my accounts. I can no longer reconcile the one account I do manually. This was easier when it was Microsoft Money.
