Marcus CC-502 for Several Weeks

Getting CC-502 error for Marcus CD when using One Step Update. If I go to register and update, the download works. If I use One Step Update I get the CC-502 error. Anyone else having this issue with Marcus?

I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-502 error. You may follow this

to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
