How do I contact a moderator or admin person

I want to change my user name, as it appears on the discussion page. I can not understand why this feature is not available on your profile page.
Can anyone help with this. A moderator or Admin person could eamil me.

    I have taken note of this thread and I have sent you a Direct Message regarding a username you would prefer. You can view your messages by clicking on the 'envelope' inbox icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
