any way to recover from the on-line files?

    Only if you put the backups or the Quicken Desktop data file somewhere off of that machine.
    Sync to Mobile/Web isn't a backup.

    thanks - Did not realize that the sync wasn't a backup!. Found a older back-up and was able to recover. Thanks for responding
