TIAA-CREF not connecting again

As so often happens, once again, I am unable to connect to TIAA-CREF.

    Also, I am on Mac subscription. The other poster (July 7th) is on Windows. So it seems to be related to quicken middleware, rather any specific piece of client software.

    Also, I noticed that in the other issue that was posted, the help staff requested a screen shot, which is hilarious, given that there is no way to attach an image here.
