auto reconcile (Q Mac)

i have auto reconcile set on many of my investment accounts.  quicken used to attempt a reconcile of these accounts whenever a transaction was downloaded OR when the account was in reconciliation error.  however, now the "auto reconcile" accounts are reconciled with each download AND the green reconcile icon is shown for all "auto reconcile" accounts.  the later part seems like a problem as i now have to review each account that has the icon to see if there are truly any new transactions (which there are usually no transactions).   are other people seeing this?

i am using quicken premier Version 6.8.2 (Build 608.44865.100) with the latest verion of Mac OS
