Quicken unable to download from Citi account

I've seen some discussion of this issue in the past. However, the issue remains and it is a significant shortcoming for something that used to work all the time.
I am unable to download transactions from Citi. I even tried turning off 2FA, but it still didn't work.
Is this problem actively being worked on the quicken side, as a priority?

    We currently have 2 known issues with Citibank that have been escalated internally and are being worked on, though we do not have an ETA on resolution.
