Reminders cannot be set for "third Wednesday of each month"

I have several older reminders that specify things like "Second Wednesday of each month". They continue to work. But I can no longer set a new reminder that way. The only option offered for monthly reminders is something like "21st Day" or "Last Day". Is this a recent change? Can I get back to the older behavior for a new reminder?
This has to be affecting a lot of Quicken users as things like Social Security checks com on Wednesdays.

Nothing has changed. You can still enter these. Go left to right as shown in the "How often" line.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
