Webroot anti-virus software and Quicken issues

Webroot is my anti virus software - it appears that when starting Quicken, after it has been closed once during a new session, goes into a loop. Quicken Tech support told me that I need to disable my anti virus software when starting Quicken! This is an unacceptable workaround! I need this fixed now! All software should be able to run with your anti virus software enabled.
I am tired of having to reboot my desktop just to get Quicken to work!
