Account Updates not completing it's process (Q Mac)

When I run updates, I have two Multi-Factor Identifications, (USAA Bank and Navy Federal Credit Union). After entering the multi-factor codes, the "Validating Your Answers" Processing does not finish. I have let this run for five minutes.
