I have been a member and thought I had cancelled my account a year ago BUT I am still receiving messages asking for money!

    I am sorry to hear about this issue with subscriptions. Thank you for bringing this matter before the Quicken Community.

    First, where are you receiving these messages; are you being sent emails regarding a subscription? Also, have you noticed unfamiliar charges? I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support using the information provided in this link, as they will be able to process all subscription-related inquiries.
