Year End Archive cleared ALL on line accounts

Did a year end archive and ALL my on line setups for every account were gone.
What happened??? Is this normal now? Had done one since gone to the new Quicken in 2019.

@swilson12 - online services are disconnected in the Archive File but should have remained intact in your primary (original) data file.

I didn't open the archive file after I was done. Opened the original and I'm certain because it only had records to the date I specified in the archive create. So something went wrong as I lost ALL my online info.0
