Bill Manager - Citi Cards - Not Able to Schedule Payment

Quicken Windows Subscription Member, Windows Beta Beta
Went to set up a scheduled payment for Citi Cards in Bill Manager and got the following message:
Tried a second time and the payment schedule worked for Citi Cards.

I am sorry about this issue with initiating payments. Thank you for drawing our attention to this problem here on the Quicken Community.
First, save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Next, go to the Bills & Income tab and click on the Bills or Bills & Income subtab just beneath it, and then click on the 'gear' icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen. Hover your cursor over Review and Repair then click Review & Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu that appears.
