I switched from Quick Books to Quicken 2 months ago. Both use(d) Direct Connect.

But PNC is still charging me the higher Quickbooks monthly fee for Direct Connect. How do I get them to start charging me the lower rate ($2 vs $15 i believe).

  • @chetorsteve - you need to contact PNC and let them know you switched from Quickbooks to Quicken.  The fee they charge, or any bank charges, does not automatically change, or stop, when you switch software.

I’ve tried calling and no one seems to know what to do. Can you be specific about who to call?

    Hi @"ChetOrSteve ,

You need to contact PNC Online Customer Support. They don't know, what you are running. You're UserID and password, may be different from Quickbooks. They may need to change your Pin Number for Quicken. The output for Direct Connect portal, will probably change.

The number is located in the attached file from PNC Bank.
