I am sorry about this issue with the OL-293-A error message. Thank you for bringing this to our attention here on the Quicken Community.
First, save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Next, proceed through the steps provided in the Support Article linked here.
