Quicken Won't Let Me Setup online updates from my Fidelity Investments 401(k) account

I have tried to set up downloads several times and I keep getting a message that Fidelity won't connect. I contacted Fidelity and they told me there is no problem on their end and to contact Quicken.

    Are you using the Fidelity or the Fidelity NET BENEFITS for your Quicken Account setup ?
