Fidelity download Error OL-293 or 301. Any updates to Ticket #9615032?

This refers to Quicken Fidelity downloads. Error OL 293 or 301. Update typically fails but can be overcome with repeated try or by updating within account rather that by one step update.

I have EXACTLY the same issue! Been maybe 3 days now. Always goes through after 2, 3 or 4 tries. Or from the register as you say MWB.

 

@Quicken know thi is not isolated to one user. I am using 42.19 but happened with 42.8 as well.

Also having same issues for past several weeks...why won't Quicken address and fix????

FWIW, Fidelity working properly for me since yesterday afternoon.

Bob, worked for me yesterday afternoon as well but this morning an error OL294 on Fidelity Netbenefis although Fidelity Investment worked. Upon retry the Netbenefits worked. So same pattern of intermittent failure that eventually works upon one or several retries.

Seems to have been working correctly consistently over the last 10 days or so.
