R42.19 not matching downloaded transactions with manual transactions. DELETES both.

Now its more broken than it ever was once. When you want to match manually and it's not found in the pop-up list, typically you can delete it from the Downloaded Transactions list. You would do this when you can see it in the register, but it cannot be matched by Quicken. But you should never delete it from the register!
Edit>Delete should mean to only delete the Downloaded Transaction from the downloaded transactions list. Not the register! Please restore the function.

If you just enter it in the register and then delete the duplicate, does this work?

It was already in the register. But was not matched. Edit>Delete removed both the register entry and the downloaded entry. The gist is that
1.) I shouldn't have to enter it again. Just like normal Quicken (past tense?)
2.) If I had poor memory, it would then be lost. Re-download doesn't bring it back.

The real problem is "Matching". Matching should check all register items (especially when match manual is used) even "c" because Memorized transactions also memorize the "c" cleared function (it shouldn't but it does).
Alas, this used to work reasonably well in previous versions.
