Version 6.8.3 (Build 608.44884.100) on macOS Ventura 13.0 Beta 2

I realize I'm running beta OS so I understand if support is limited but ever since I put Ventura on and open Quicken, it opens only showing the bottom half of the screen and appears to have the top half "hanging" over the top of the screen. Scrolling or trying to move the window has no effect. The only way I can work is to view in full screen which at least is usable.

Any one else happen to run into this?
