Schwab transactions don't download- R42.19 issue?

Since this release investment transactions are not downloading. Windows Deluxe version. No error messages.

    WOW.... no kidding?  

    Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.
