Hello,
Is there any help on accessing the John Hancock 401k site? I noticed someone had asked that question before but I don't think it was answered. The 401k info downloaded from John Hancock is a CSV file. How can I convert to a file accepted by Quicken? I have Quicken Home and Business. Thank you.

@ttin - Attached is another post regarding John Hancock 401(k). According to this post and what I could find myself, the only way to download information from JH to Quicken is via Web Connect (WC). This means that you will need to access your online 401(k) account with JH and download transactions from there. There should be another option to download other than CSV file. Something like "Download to Quicken" or "QFX file". If not, I think you would need to contact John Hancock or your HR. There is no option to import a CSV file directly into Quicken.
